You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of the course purchase date
• You have completed less than 25% of the course content (including videos watched, assignments completed, and live sessions attended)
• Technical issues on our platform have prevented you from accessing the course content, and our technical support team has been unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe

Partial Refund

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of the course purchase date
• You have completed between 25% and 50% of the course content

The partial refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of the course you have completed.

Not Eligible for Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• Your refund request is made more than 14 days after the course purchase date
• You have completed more than 50% of the course content
• You have received personalized feedback on multiple assignments
• You have participated in more than one live session
• The course was purchased as part of a discounted bundle or special promotion specifically marked as non-refundable

• Other payment methods may require additional information and processing time
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Course Cancellations

Cancellation by Student

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, the same refund eligibility criteria outlined above will apply.

Cancellation by graxthron

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course (due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will provide you with the following options:

• Full refund of your course fee
• Transfer to another available course of equal or lesser value (with a refund of any price difference)
• Credit toward a future course (valid for 12 months)

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you experience a medical emergency, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstance that prevents you from completing a course, please contact our customer support team. We will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Course Access After Refund

Upon processing your refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked. Any downloadable resources you have already obtained may be kept for personal use only, subject to our Terms of Use.
