What supplies will I need for the courses?

Each course includes a detailed supply list that we provide upon enrollment. For beginner courses, we keep the supplies simple and affordable. As you advance, you may choose to invest in higher-quality materials. We provide recommendations for all budgets and can suggest alternatives if certain supplies are difficult to obtain.

How much time should I dedicate to a course each week?

We recommend setting aside 3-5 hours per week for optimal learning. This includes watching video lessons (about 1-2 hours) and practicing the techniques (2-3 hours). However, one of the benefits of online learning is flexibility—you can adjust your schedule based on your availability and learning pace.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You'll have lifetime access to all video lessons and course materials. Even after the structured course period ends, you can revisit the content whenever you need a refresher or want to practice specific techniques.

Technical Questions

What technology do I need to participate?

You'll need a device with internet access—a computer, tablet, or smartphone. For the best experience, we recommend a device with a larger screen for viewing detailed demonstrations. For live sessions, you'll need a camera (built-in or external) to share your work and receive feedback.

How do the live sessions work?

Live sessions are conducted via Zoom and typically last 1-2 hours. During these sessions, your instructor will demonstrate techniques, answer questions, and provide feedback on student work. If you can't attend a live session, recordings are available afterward.

How do I submit my work for feedback?

You can upload photos of your work to our secure student portal. Our instructors provide detailed written feedback within 48-72 hours. For more interactive feedback, you can also share your work during live sessions.

How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll, simply select your desired course on our website and follow the registration process. You'll create a student account, provide payment information, and receive immediate access to the course materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Canadian students, we also offer Interac e-Transfer. Payment plans are available for courses over $200—contact us for details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course material.
